Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience with numerical control automation, such as CNC machining or Industrial Robotics
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR regulations and/or program requirements.
Additional Qualifications
- Proficient use of hand tools to disassemble and reassemble mechanical components
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with metallic directed energy deposition additive manufacturing technologies
- Excellent in cooperation, networking, team-working
- Aerospace industry experience
- Experience with lasers and laser safety
- Experience with new product development
- Experience with aerospace materials including titanium alloys
- Experience with non-destructive testing techniques and application
- Experience creating and maintaining databases
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes data related to traditional and additive manufacturing including machining, heat treatment, and inspection
- Able to act under own initiative in relation to the assigned tasks within defined functional procedures / governance.
- Worked in cross-functional teams
- Forklift Certification
