PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

  • Supervise, manage and monitor all Command Center activities
  • Dotted-line Supervision of Boise Command Center and AOG Response Coordinator (ARC) activities with oversight of the Falcon Airborne Support
  • Ensure compliance with department guidelines and policies of all personnel assigned
  • Ensure full understanding and compliance with current AOG processes and policies are in effect at all times
  • Assist in departmental development and evolution of AOG and other processes
  • Support standardization and consistency in reporting and communications from the Command Center
  • Assist in budget preparation specific to remote location operations
  • Organize training or workshops to assure the technical expertise and customer service abilities of the group
  • Suggest methods of product improvement in a manner to promote safety, aircraft performance or reduced operational cost
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and recommend corrective action for aircraft discrepancies, within established department goals
  • Assure technical documentation is adequate and up to date for the Command Center
  • Coordinate training for the TEB office team, ensure all are well trained
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two years college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or 2 years formal A&P classroom training or equivalent
  • A&P license or equivalent FAA/Gov. ratings in aircraft operations Assist with Regional M&Os and provide supporting role as necessary
  • Five years of experience working on Falcon aircraft systems, avionics or engines
  • Proven supervisory and management skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • PC/computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office and capable on various other software.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pilots license
  • Bachelors degree
  • Specialized formal training in systems as provided by CAE or Flight Safety
  • Prior supervisory training
  • French language skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Fast paced office environment.
  • Non-smoking
  • Working during non-business hours and weekends
  • Some travel is required
