Responsibilities

By joining our human resources team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of objectives by providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. Are you ready to:

  • Maintain employee files (include I-9u2019s)
  • Prepare HR-related reports and provide data analysis.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Assist DER with DOT Drug & Alcohol program.
  • Answer HR Dallas e-mails and in-coming calls: partner with appropriate HRBP for assistance.
  • Review unapproved and unsubmitted timesheet report from payroll, make necessary adjustments and notify correct manager.
  • Partner with Human Resource Business Partners to provide support related to ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelors degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or closely related field (required)
  • Required to have 50 of degree completed (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience providing administration support (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Must be able to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
