Job Description

The Training Coordinator role is essential when it comes to onboarding new employees within the business, ensuring that they are not only compliant and have the adequate training in the first few weeks/months of joining, but also that they attend Trainee Broker Training in our London office in a timely manner.

In addition, the role is also key when it comes to coordinating various other training initiatives such as our Leadership & Management programme, Advanced Broker training, Mentor training, Healthy and Safety, etc. &xa0;

Duties will include but are not limited to:&xa0;

  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of various training activities including; register candidates on training courses, send out joining instructions, book accommodation for oversee trainees, book training rooms, as well as liaise with and book internal and external trainers
  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries in relation to training
  • Research, book and manage ad-hoc external training and apprenticeship programmes
  • Administer the LMS system including; set up new users, manage online course catalogues, upload content, assign online training to employees as well as work with external LMS suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure training invoice payments are done in a timely manner
  • Manage the training inbox

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record of being highly organised, able to multi-task as well as juggle multiple priorities at the same time and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities and outstanding customer services skills 
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Use own initiative to improve current training content, processes and procedures
