First Officer candidates who do not have a current type authorization will be evaluated within the scope of this advertisement. 

General Qualifications  

- Being a Turkish citizen or Blue card holder, 

- Born after 01.01.1984 (For candidates with a total flight experience of 1500 hours or more, born after 01.01.1974)

- To be at least a high school graduate (Candidates who graduated from schools abroad are required to submit an equivalency certificate),

- Not having received any written penalty due to flight fault or indiscipline,

- No criminal record and no criminal record archive record, 

- Having completed military service, being exempt or being able to commit to postpone military service for at least 2 years,  

- Accepting the place nominated by the partnership as the main base and residing there,  

- Not having been previously dismissed from other organizations due to disciplinary reasons, 

- Not having previously left Turkish Airlines and our subsidiary companies through termination or due to disciplinary reasons, 

- For candidates with a blue card or multiple citizenship, having fluent and understandable Turkish language skills, 

Technical Qualifications

- Current CPL/IR(A) or current ATPL(A) with ATPL theory credit (DGCA/EASA/FAA/ICAO), 

- MEP/IR authorization (must be recorded on the license),

- Completion of A-UPRT and MCC trainings (must be completed by the start of employment), 

- Having a flight license issued by DGCA Turkey for candidates who have reached the recruitment stage, 

- Having a current Class-1 certificate compatible with his/her license.

- The fact that you have a valid health certificate issued by the DGCA Authorized Aviation Medical Center does not mean that your recruitment examination has been completed. Because, the most recent recruitment examination to be performed by our Incorporations workplace physicians is essential. Our Incorporations workplace physicians, who will also look at your past health records and your current health file, will decide whether or not you will be employed as a result of their evaluations. The candidate cannot claim any rights if he/she is not started to work. 

- If there are OML, CCL, OAL, OOL restrictions in the most recent Health Certificate of the candidates, a preliminary interview with the candidates at the Occupational Health Directorate will be conducted by the Partnership workplace physicians. Before the aforementioned interview, candidates must:

o Notify by e-mail to UCUSHEKIMLIGITHY.COM,  

o To apply with their most recent periodic examination health file, certificate and health records related to the condition that is the reason for OML restriction,  

o They are required to come to the specified date, time and location to meet with our workplace physicians. 

2. Having a Current Airworthy Health Report 

- During the recruitment process, successful candidates are required to obtain a medical report issued within the last 30 days from Aviation Medical Centers authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, stating that they are fit for flight.

Foreign Language Proficiency Requirements 

- To have a foreign language level within the scope of the criteria determined by Turkish Airlines, 

- English Level ICAO Level 4 or above (must be registered on the license until the start of employment and must be valid for at least 6 months as of the start date), 

- Candidates who submit one of the following documents taken within the last 2 years will be exempted from the Aviation English test;

        TOEFL (IBT) : 60 (Speaking: 18)
        IELTS (General-Academic) : 6 (Speaking: 6)
        PTE (Academic) : 46 (Speaking: 46)

*Home edition and online language exams are not accepted.
