Job Description

LIFE AS A GROUP CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE&xa0;

  • Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clients
  • &xa0;Building relationships with Airlines and Commercial Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirements
  • &xa0;Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • &xa0;Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets
  • Managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Flight repping / overseeing flight departures
  • Working productively in a pressurised environment

  • Starting salary 30,000pa
  • *Commission guarantee bonus of 500 per month&xa0;from month 7 through to month 18*

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

THE PERSON

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs 
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills both verbally and in writing
  • *Must be able to travel frequently & often at short notice* 
  • Full UK drivers license required 

TRAINING AND TRAVEL

  • The training period for this position is 18 months
  • The first 12 months will be spent training with the flight services team 
  • The following 6 months you will work alongside a mentor as a trainee broker 
  • 1 month classroom training in our Surbiton HQ before going live
  • We offer opportunities for international and domestic travel 
  • Training and travel expenses are covered by the company
  • 9 stage progression structure
