POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking a qualified sales representative with strong teamwork skills to promote and sell Embraer products and services for the Executive aviation market segment. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of the sales process, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation, relationship-building, and deal closure. We are seeking a quick learner with excellent negotiation skills, capable of presenting our offerings compellingly. This role involves frequent presentations, networking events, and trade shows, requiring the sales representative to be both personable and professional while collaborating effectively within a team.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service.
  • Performing the sales of the product/service
  • Negotiating contracts to achieve the best result for Embraer AND Client.
  • Lead sales campaigns, towards to best results to the Embraer AND client
  • Prepare proposals and materials for sales campaign.
  • Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
  • Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
  • Working towards achieving/surpassing the sales target
  • Establishing new business links
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
  • Sales reporting and reviewing performance.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.
  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate within teams to achieve better results.
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.
  • Understand the business perspectives (customized marketing, long-term processes, high-value-added marketing, macro environment analysis, market dynamics, etc.).
  • Identify viability channels for each client, outlining action priorities.
  • Identify factors (price, deadline, payment conditions) that may interfere with closing the deal and recommend suitable alternatives to resolve them.
  • Create and maintain a network to interface with customer decision makers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Train other Sales Executives by sharing knowledge and experiences.
  • Work with Embraers CRM tools and act in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
  • Work in accordance with Embraers compliance guidelines and code of ethics.
  • Maintain relationships with the main contacts, stakeholders, and decision makers of portfolio clients.
  • Maintain relationships with the main players in the market (competitor, partners, suppliers, and service providers in the market in which it operates
  • Keeping records on the CRM tool updated and organized.
  • Incorporates Lean processes and concepts into daily activities for continuous improvement to processes and procedures.

              ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

              Education:

              Bachelors degree preferred in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

              Experience:

              • Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
              • Strong experience in management of commercial or corporate aircraft sales activities, preferably acquired in a large aviation/aeronautical industry.
              • Advanced English (Spanish / Portuguese Preferred)
              • Advanced knowledge of the predominant business language in the region in which he will work.
              • Salesforce experience

              • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
