Description:Prepare Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, depot maintenance work requirements, and other technical publications in accordance with applicable military standard requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development experience
• Working knowledge and experience developing to MIL-STD-40051-1 military standard requirements
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with Arbortext
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with eXtensible Markup Language (XML)
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML)
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with HTML style sheets
• Experience and proficiency as a technical writer
• Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and processes
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and work well with various levels of management
• Strong attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills:
• Experience with military weapons systems or other highly complex technical systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
