DynCorp is the prime contractor at NAS Patuxent River MD, providing direct support of 114 aircraft and 37 different type models/series. We provide scheduled and unscheduled organizational, intermediate, depot level aircraft maintenance, approved Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) requirements, Aircrew services and logistic support on all designated aircraft and Support Equipment (SE) for Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NAVTESTWINGLANT). Benefits • Full-time positions • Medical package • Mileage • Per diem • Savings program Contract Location United States: Lexington Park, MD Employment Requirements • U.S. citizen • Drug screening • Have own tools • Proficient in the use of all associated parachute rigging support equipment. • Familiar with all associated Navy publications and maintenance record requirements. • Qualified in the Intermediate Level Maintenance Activity to provide contract maintenance services regarding the installation, operation maintenance, modification and repair of assigned aircraft. • Qualified to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, trouble shooting, repair and servicing of pilots flight equipment and related systems. This includes pilot`s flight clothing, Anti-G suit, torso harness, life preservers, oxygen masks and regulators, survival radios, helmets and associated equipment, aircraft survival kits and parachutes. Additionally, two of the technicians must be proficient in the repair of On-board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) components. • Must have Satisfactory completion the USN Flight Equipment school or equivalent. • A minimum of four years experience in flight equipment maintenance. • Familiar with VIDS/MAF documentation and all applicable technical publications.
