 F-15 Attack Controls (A Shop) Instructor – Saudi Arabia Reliance Aerotech Services has an F-Attack Controls Instructor position open that will be located in Saudi Arabia. This candidate will need to be determined by the end of January. The position will be a direct three year deployment with our customer. Accommodations will be suitable to bring family members along as well.
Specialty Summary. With primary duties as a Technical Instructor, train, assist, actively advise, and teach effectively to provide training for airmen and other personnel in both basic and advanced skills and the associated knowledge in the Attack Control Systems Technician (A Shop) career field.
Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels. Studies course objectives, technical orders, and other materials to prepare for assigned days of instruction. Presents material; uses training aids/devices; maintains classroom decorum; and ensures supplies, equipment, and classrooms are available for training. Makes adjustments in presentation or other instructional methods to resolve common classroom problems. Briefs students on potential dangers from equipment. Applies knowledge of training principles and techniques to motivate students and make instruction as effective and interesting as possible. Tutors new instructors on required proficiency levels for areas assigned.
STANDARDS:
A. Presents material in a clear, concise, technically accurate manner and in accordance with control documents.
B. Uses training aids/devices in a manner that enhances training outcome. C. Punctual in starting class; enforces discipline to minimize learning distractions
D. Adjusts approach to subject matter, as necessary, to ensure accomplishment of stated lesson objectives.
Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials for Attack Control Systems Technician (A Shop) curriculum. Serves as the subject matter specialist in the development and/or revision of training materials such as study guides, workbooks, written tests, progress checks, etc. Prepares daily lesson plans. Researches, develops and updates course materials in accordance with prescribed course framework. Recommends changes to overall course content or materials as changes occur in subject matter specialty.

Knowledge of general airframe or power plant mechanics but focusing on such items as avionics systems, radar, integrated test systems built-in-test (BIT), multiplexed data buss systems, recording systems, fire control systems, video display systems, equipment, wiring maintenance, common tool usage, technical orders, safety security, management and maintenance directives.
