Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years experience in the overhaul and repair of engine/airframe accessories (Fuel/Oil/Pneumatic/Hydraulic)

Airframe & Power plant License preferred

Typical activities to be included in this position are as follows:

Defining and implementing operational strategies to achieve TAT and cost targets

Management of production orders to ensure meeting customer delivery dates

Oversight of master production schedules and material planning requirements

Management and development of all production personnel

Identifying capacity constraints and implementing corrective actions

Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques and cellular manufacturing concepts

Assist mechanics with troubleshooting of test and repair processes

Assist with new product development and implementation
