On a daily basis, the Assembly Line Supervisor will set and oversee the flight assembly line activities including meeting quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements as set forth in the operational plan. The Supervisor will ensure that products meet or exceed corporate QC standards, using specified SOP testing methods. This key individual will set the daily, weekly and monthly goals for the assembly line teams, ensuring the timely delivery of production requirements. He/she will develop the internal schedules for the assembly line in coordination with the departmental support functions. He /she will function as a critical team member in the coordination of all assembly line activities with the pilots regarding aircraft availability; organizing the production supervision and quality control personnel regarding the transfer of aircraft from production lines to the flight line. The Supervisor will function as a mentor and trainer, developing and recognizing the capabilities of the assembly line teams. He/she will be charged with identifying talented employees who are capable of accepting increased responsibility within the assembly teams. Call Gary Willis at 817-560-0300 ext. 105

| Requirements: |
Two to five years experience in an assembly line, with one to three years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of aviation technology is essential to the success of this role. Bachelor Degree in Science is highly preferred; a high school diploma is required. Proven leadership and management skills are important to this role. The ability to teach, and develop technical abilities in employees, as well as lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals is vital. Strong written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, with strong pc skills. Intercultural awareness, as well as the ability to create and maintain relationships will be essential. Must be capable of working within a team environment, as well as independently, with the ability to successfully spearhead independent decisions and implement logical solutions. |
