| Job Desc: |
Primary Purpose: Primarily responsible for maintaining company controlled publications and ensuring compliance with applicable record keeping requirements. Essential Functions: • Receive internally generated controlled documentation from all departments, including but not limited to, policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. • Coordinates and maintains controlled company publications. • Maintains company manuals and publications in the company master library. • Determines that controlled data is available and kept current with the latest revision. • Receives and distributes the bi-weekly FAA Airworthiness Directive summary for review by Technical Services management. • Maintain a tracking record of controlled manual(s) assigned, including manual number, aircraft number, office or individual, date assigned and date returned. • Distribute revisions to controlled manuals as they are issued. • Follows procedures for control, tracking, and follow-up of publication distribution and revisions, as well as maintain a master list of publication revision status. • Assure that controlled documents contained in the library are audited for content as well as revision status. • Updates the QMS on-line documentation system. • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
