JOB SUMMARY:
The Training Supervisor is responsible for the activities related to the training of TIMCO personnel in matters relating to aircraft types, systems, and subsystems as directed by the market and FAA requirements as well as regulatory and TIMCO requirements. Supervises staff of Instructors who organize and conduct training. This position must perform tasks within budget and within TIMCO, FAA, and customers¡¥ standards of quality and must also ensure a safe and clean work environment. |
| Requirements: |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS„X High school diploma or equivalent.„X Five years teaching/training experience including development of training curriculum.„X Five years experience working with commercial aircraft. Including familiarity with FAA regulations„X Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.„X Read, write and understand the English language.„X Must have intermediate computer skills with a good knowledge of typical business software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).„X Local and out of town travel is required that may require travel by aircraft (10-15% annually). |
