The responsibilities of the Recruiter will be to identify, recruit and successfully deliver all levels of talent for Aviation Search Group clients. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) networking, sourcing, interviewing, checking references, and delivering candidates.
Requirements:
College Degree or 2 - 5 years recruiting experience, preferably direct placement experience.
Successful track record meeting or exceeding production goals.
Ability to conduct probing interviews and identify motivating factors and deal-breakers to remove margin for error on placements.
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting customer`s expectations.
