The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the reporting function of the entire Keystone operations, which includes S-76 assembly and completions, S-92 assembly and completions, Helicopter Service Division (HSD), and the Engine Division. This position will have significant exposure to the Controller of SGH. 
Brief Description of Key Job Requirements: 
(a2 Timely and accurate reporting of the monthly closing results 
(a2 Play a very active role in SOX compliance in all areas of the business and compliance with the UTC Financial Manual 
(a2 Integrated with the Financial Planning and Analysis group, specifically for the cash and balance sheet forecasting. 
(a2 Preparation and review of certain balance sheet reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner 
(a2 Short term objective of being part of a successful SAP implementation 
(a2 Lead ACE Gold initiatives and establish goals for sustaining performance 
(a2 Integrated with the Financial Control organization 
(a2 Drive business process improvements throughout the organization 
(a2 Develop key performance indicators to drive operational improvement 
(a2 Prepare and present monthly financial reporting package 
(a2 Internal and external audit assistance 




BA/BS degree in Accounting w/4(`37+ years experience 
MA/MS degree w/2(`35+ years experience 

CPA Preferred

Experience with SAP and Sarbanes Oxley is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Five plus years of experience preferred. 

Must be able to handle multi-projects, lead/grow employees in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

•	Team leader in annual budgeting process, quarterly strategic forecasting in addition to weekly operational forecasts and performance reporting.
•	Manages the depository banking relationship, associated treasury functions and monitoring of consolidated group pooled cash activity.
