&lt;p&gt;* Work directly with Corp. Comm. Director and Creative Services Manager to develop creative trafficking programs and processes that support company communication objectives. &lt;br /&gt;* Oversee fulfillment of media orders including but not limited to newspaper, radio, TV, magazine, outdoor and online creative&lt;br /&gt;* Develop a working knowledge of all media outlets, types and contacts to assist in ensuring deadlines are all met and that any issues/discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner&lt;br /&gt;* Coordinates the companys in-flight publication (Sunseeker) with respponsibilities that include:&lt;br /&gt;          o Facilitates the exchange of editorial and images between edit staff, advertisers, and graphic design team&lt;br /&gt;          o Works to ensure all deadlines are met for Sunseeker&lt;br /&gt;          o Oversees photo archives for Sunseeker to ensure proper usage and credits are utilized&lt;br /&gt;          o Reviews and proofs Sunseeker editorial to ensure accuracy and consistency&lt;br /&gt;* Actively participate in creative meetings and in the creative development process&lt;br /&gt;* Oversees corporate photo archive files including usage rights, credits, and talent releases&lt;br /&gt;* Save approved artwork files into appropriate folders in the creative library on our internal server. Move completed jobs to the completed traffic sheet and add vendor invoice information if necessary.
