We are looking for an experienced accounting coordinator to come onboard in our Finance Directorate in Nathalie DESSEIGNET’s team: a team of 12 collaborators!

Your Mission

• Coordination of the task between AP, AR, and General accounting
• KPI calculation and analysis
• Creating financial reports based on data analysis.
• Making recommendations to business stakeholders
• Support junior and apprentice staff
• Account Receivables: cash allocation, circularization, issuing invoices.
• Bad Debt: calculation, analysis, report, analytical allocation.
• Intercompany sales and purchases tracking
• Account Payables: reconciliation, resolving account discrepancies.
• Reconciliation balance sheet and general ledger with AP/AR
• Balance sheet analysis on AP/AR
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Annual audit support
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies and issue of non-compliance.
• Support Internal control process set up, Maintain, and control actual processes.
• Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, procedures,
• Support transversal project.

About you

• Field of study: Accounting
• Experience &43; 10 years
• Technical skills / knowledge: a good level on general accounting, in AP and AR
• Strong communication skills, ability to train and welcome new staff
• Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nous recherchons un Coordinateur comptable expérimenté pour rejoindre notre Direction Finance au sein de l&39;équipe de Nathalie : une équipe de 12collaborateurs !

Votre mission

• Coordination des taches entre comptabilités auxiliaires et générale
• KPI calculs et analyses
• Création de reporting
• Faire des recommandations et propositions d’amélioration
• Encadrement d’apprentis ou stagiaires
• Comptabilité clients : lettrages, circularisation, facturation.
• Dépréciation des créances :  calculs, analyses, reportings, distribution analytique.
• Rapprochement des achats et ventes intercompanies
• Comptabilité fournisseurs : saisies des factures, rapprochement des comptes fournisseurs, résolutions de litiges, paramétrages fiches fournisseurs
• Rapprochement des comptes clients et fournisseurs avec le bilan
• Analyse des comptes de bilan clients et fournisseurs
• Participation aux audits annuels
• Investigation et résolution de problèmes liés aux points d’audit. Mise en place d’actions correctives et suivi.
• Support au contrôle interne : mise en place de procédures, process, maintenance et contrôle des règles en place.
• Contribution au développement et mise en place de toute nouveauté du système comptable.
• Participation et animation de projets transverses.

• A propos de vous

• Domaine d&39;études Comptabilité
• Expérience &43;10 ans
• Compétences techniques / connaissances : un bon niveau en comptabilité générale et auxiliaire
• Bonne capacité à communiquer, accueillir et former des jeunes ou des nouveaux arrivants,
• Maîtrise de l&39;anglais et du français (l&39;italien est un plus)
