AW101 Modifications Controller
Location: Yeovil
Rate: up to 45 p/h Umbrella *Negotiable*
Duration: 6 month initial, ongoing
Inside IR35

• To co-ordinate and facilitate aircraft modification activities and implementation on AW101 aircraft, liaising with internal and external customers as required
• To ensure effective project control of modification tasking utilising the business processes
• To be the PSE representative for instigating and sponsoring Type Design change for the
• Platform.

Job Responsibilities
• Project control of aircraft change and modification activities for the AW101 aircraft ensuring compliance with LH business/certification processes
• Working with the Configuration Management department and supporting business functions to ensure aircraft and support products are controlled and maintained in accordance with the change management process
• Assess change request /potential improvement candidate items from the various AW work streams and select and prioritise those to be progressed for continuous improvement. In addition, this will require a close working relationship with Configuration Management and supporting PSE services to ensure aircraft and support products are managed, controlled and maintained in accordance with the change management process
• Work with Customer Support Managers to support the project management of modification programmes / contracts through to implementation into customer’s fleet and supporting systems
• Support in-service support programmes in the management of the Retro After Delivery (RAD) programme for modifications
• Provide support to the AW101 In-service team in the planning and provisioning of modification kits/materials to support trials activities

Company General Use
• Working closely with and deputising for the PSE Modification Control team
• Produce regular briefing reports for both LH Management and Customer review
• Be proactively involved in Continuous Improvement/Process reviews to ensure best working practices are used
• Attendance at all Platform Change Review meetings (PCREC/PCCB/PCIB)
