Job Description
Perform light clerical duties within an accounting function. May type, match payments, check items on purchase orders, prepare bank deposits and perform other routine calculations. Perform basic accounting functions requiring knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and of bank reconciliation functions, answer customer inquiries, research problems and/or complaints, routine calculating, and post and verify duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
ONSITE - M-F

o Review time and expense documents
o Schedule and communicate with customers (internal and external) in an effort to maintain efficient and profitable utilization of the Field Service Team. Maintain a shared calendar of field service activities.
o Ensure technicians have the appropriate equipment and qualifications for their site visit.
o Work with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal individuals to provide quotes and obtain purchase orders.
o Order needed work equipment, tools and handled the administrative portion of maintaining, ordering, and retrieving Fleet vehicles.
o Create POs for payments to vendors as needed.
o Facilitate and organize the team and cross-functional meetings to resolve field service-related questions/issues.
o Provide telephone support for the Field Service Department. Independently acts on questions or issues and/or redirects customers or Field Service technicians to the appropriate areas (if needed) for resolution.
o Collect field service technician timesheet and overtime weekly.
o Work with the Field Service Manager to ensure the Field Service Engineers have the necessary instructions on fieldwork requirements prior to arriving at the customer site.
o Assist in providing process improvements to the department.
o Assist field service team with obtaining travel documentation as needed.
o Manage vendorsupplier process, including invoicing and payment.
o Reconcile jobs prior to billing
o Final invoicing to customers
