Summary of AccountabilitiesThe administrative assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of assigned tasks. They perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Primary Duties and Responsibilities1. Record Keeping: Maintain electronic and paper records, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Update and maintain databases.
2. Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment. Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assist with office logistics and coordination of special events or projects.
3. Payroll/Time keeping Support: assist AOG team with time card management and entry into ADP
4. Data Entry and Analysis: Input data into spreadsheets or databases. Compile and analyze data as needed for reports or presentations.
5. Supporting Accounting Staff: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
7. All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
