Icelandair is looking for passionate individuals in the diverse position of Controller in GOC This is a temporary position with the possibility of continuing work. The work is shift-based.

Responsibilities include:
- Controller is responsible for coordinating ground handling at Keflavík Airport
- Supervision and follow-up regarding customer service
- Liaise with ISAVIA
- Coordinate’s information flow within Airport Operation
- Sits in on daily briefings with relevant parties
- Sits in on daily „on time“ meetings with relevant parties
- Reporting on station punctuality and delays
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma
- Knowledge of airport´s operations
- Minimum age 20 years old
- Valid driving license
- Good English skills, written and spoken, other language skills are an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Resourcefulness, honesty and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Organizational and managerial skills
