Morson are recruiting Project Controlers for hybrid contract roles in Preston, candidates must live close enough to work 2 - 3 days/week on site, this is not a remote role.
The role principally involves managing spend (establishing forecasts, distributing spend information and then following up with budget holders to bridge deltas between forecasting and actuals), producing spend metrics and management information, interfacing with Finance, collaboration across multiple small teams, identifying man hour and bought out forecasts.
It will also include managing and reporting on risk and opportunities (using the Predict toolset).
The role will be part of a small project control team who all support each other with differing elements of project control to ensure holiday cover etc.
Key requirement is to be very proficient on Excel.
