Purpose of Position
The Receivables Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and auditing accounts receivable transactions in support of cash-inflow and application activities. Identifies and resolves owner account payment discrepancies, questions and/or disputes. Responsible for the accounting process of moving a jet card holder or lessee to and from the various product offerings with the entire program offered by the company.The position utilizes account analysis information and applies relationship management skills to consult with internal/external customers, including significant contact with Owners, to provide appropriate solutions to increase receivables turnover and lower the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) metric. Assists in preparing month-end reporting and provides functional advice and training to team members as needed.The Receivables Management Analyst is cross trained to act as a backup in the absence of the Receivables Management Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manages the jet card graduation program and the final accounting process for owners moving within the various product offerings, onboarding, or exiting the program.Assists in the due diligence process for prospects and demo flight requests at the direction of management.
  • Manages accounts receivable cash application activities by analyzing and auditing accounts receivable transactions. Ensures contractual and FAA regulation requirements. Seeks opportunities to improve receivable management processes and shorten payment receivables period. Utilizes account analysis information and applies relationship management skills to consult with customers to provide appropriate solutions, negotiate creative payment solutions with owners/clientele within job's authority, and assist management by creating reports and exhibits.
  • Build rapport with owners in order to effectively contact to reduce the payment turnover cycle while nurturing the relationship. Forecast potential at risk sensitive accounts, research information/reasons for non-payment within contractual agreed terms and propose corrective action solutions to management regarding unresolved account issues, collaborating with Sales along the way.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting for all content for the accounts receivable month-end process. Analyzes financial reports; flags transactions that are causing variances. Provides summary information to management for review. Project receivables collections. Prepares the monthly accounts receivable cash-inflow statement, and ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Assists management in evaluation and administration with respect to the introduction of new products. Cross trained on other receivable management job duties to provide back-up support, and perform other duties as assigned.
