Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Dealing with queries from suppliers
• Setting up wire transfer payments
• Dealing with customer queries
• Bank Recs / Cash Control
• Prepare month end closing analysis
• Assist with local audits and taxes
• Perform accounts reconciliations
• Training and mentoring junior staff
• Supervising accounting staff

UN DÍA EN LA VIDA

• Atención de consultas de proveedores.
• Configurar pagos por transferencia bancaria
• Atender las consultas de los clientes
• Registros Bancarios / Control de Efectivo
• Preparar análisis de cierre de fin de mes.
• Ayudar con auditorías e impuestos locales.
• Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas.
• Capacitar y asesorar al personal junior.
• Supervisar al personal contable.
