Job Description:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Thorough knowledge of surface treatments, stripping, blasting, machining, grinding, welding, shot peening, heat treatments, blending, bonding and NDT as it relates to component repair & overhaul.
- Experience in conducting product, process or RCCA investigations and technical assistance of resolutions. Ability to conduct-internal & external audits as it relates to training and document control
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to make critical decisions and problem solve
- Ability to write and develop internal procedures
