ALT 2024 - Apprenti(e) Acheteur Customer Services AIRBUS (h/f)

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) acheteur Customer Services AIRBUS (h/f)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein du service achat sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département PESA  Airframe and Flight Training Services procurement  en charge de la mise en place des contrats d’achat de prestations :

• auprès de MROs (fournisseurs assurant l&39;entretien et la réparation des avions)

• auprès de fournisseurs de simulateurs pour la formation des pilotes

Cet apprentissage consistera à développer et mettre en pratique vos connaissances achats dans un environnement très dynamique. 

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• mise en oeuvre d&39;initiatives sustainabilité

• support aux activités de sourcing

• support à la gestion d&39;appels d&39;offre

• support à la gestion de la relation fournisseurs

• mise en oeuvre d&39;un site Google au sein du départemen

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC 5 dans le domaine des achats/commerce international ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d&39;une durée de 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) 

• aptitudes d’analyse et de synthèse et faites preuve d’initiatives

• votre sens du relationnel vous permet d&39;interfacer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs provenant de fonctions variées (engineering, legal, sales, customer services, finance, etc ...)

• Une première expérience dans les achats ou l’aéronautique serait un plus.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : très bon niveau

You will join a team of 20 people in PESA department in charge of sourcing:

• Airframe Services to MRO suppliers (Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair of the aircraft)

• Flight Training devices for pilot training purpose

This apprenticeship will consist in developing and putting into practice your procurement competences in a dynamic environment.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• deploy sustainability initiatives

• support sourcing activity •

• support call for tender management

• support suppliers&39;relationship management

• deploy / maintain a G-Site for the department

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of procurement / business or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• curious, agile, rigorous with a customer oriented mindset

• good analysis and synthesis skills

• good capacity to connect with stakeholders from various perimeters (engineering, legal, sales, customer services etc ...)

• a first experience in procurement or aerospace will be appreciated

Language skills:

English: negotiation/fluent

Our selection process:

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
