BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of professional experience building, deploying and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within an enterprise environment for AV support.
- Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies.
- Experience working with construction CAD drawings, Power/Data line drawings, signal flow, AV concepts.
- Familiarity with Logitech, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Enterprise, QSC, Shure and similar technologies.
- Q-SYS Level 2 and Control Certifications.
- Experience with Dante and AES67 protocols.
- LED wall installation experience.
- Some computer programming knowledge (Lua, Python, Go, JavaScript).
- Experience splicing and terminating various cable types.
- Experience with sound and acoustic design/engineering.
- Expertise in customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities.
- Working knowledge of video conferencing solutions and support.
- Experience in both MacOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with live audio and video production experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams room hardware.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically fit enough to regularly lift up to 30 lbs. for duties such as delivering computers, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment, etc.
- Must be willing to travel (<20%).
- Must be flexible to work various shift patterns (i.e. early morning to afternoon, or afternoon to later evening).
- Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Level I: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year
Level II: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
