Job Description:
About the role:
- Performs various secretarial and administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis
- Performs secretarial duties which require the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Manages, coordinates and maintains calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, and records of communication
- Provides business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials
- Compiles reports as directed and ensures that all documentation is properly maintained
- Coordinates and tracks department staff travel
- Establishes a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the Department
- Arranges required office equipment
QualificationsAbout the candidate:
- High School or Diploma with with minimum 3 yrs of Job related experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with 2yrs job related experience
- Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
- Experience with translation in Arabic/English
