- Experience working in a maintenance environment is preferred.

- Experience with Microsoft software applications: Apple products, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Well-organized, dedicated, reliable, and flexible.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
