Position Summary
MAG has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist in Quantico, VA! We are seeking professionals experienced in all aspects of administrative support to join a team of researchers working in a classified, military environment. This position is for on-site work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Plan, conduct, and participate in academic forums such as seminars, conferences and workshops locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Provide administrative support to assist in information briefings, reports, plans, and information products.
- Maintain records, files, and reference database (government owned) to support ongoing research efforts.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in military, DoD, or intelligence office administration
- Must have solid knowledge/operation of MS Office software
