Position Summary
Provide administrative support for leadership, management, and professional development training as part of Hawaiian Airlines new Learning and Development (L&D) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Manager:
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and reporting for all L&D programs.
- Coordinate logistics, organize events, and track and report for the delivery of L&D training.
- Create and execute system testing plans for new learning management system (LMS) features and processes.
- Create and run reports, including scheduling reports and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain system data integrity.
- Review and upload courses and resources in an LMS.
- Provide regular feedback to the L&D team to streamline the workflow
- Provide service to subject-matter experts and learners who may require support to achieve their goals.
- Assist in fostering a learning culture within the team and organization to support of Hawaiian Airlines mission, vision, and values.
- Act as a role model for positive and effective working relationships with co-workers and outside training consultants.
- Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with HA policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administration support for a robust work environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience handling complex schedules, registrations, communications, rosters, evaluations, and event support.
- Experience with LMS, delivery platforms, or tracking and reporting systems for TD/L&D Program participation and completion.
- Deep knowledge of PC-based computer systems (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to interact successfully with multiple levels of management.
- Excellent customer service and support skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly.

Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidates experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $46,100- $55,000.
