Airbus Beluga Transport - HSE Specialist

Job Description:

Context

In 2022, Airbus created Airbus Beluga Transport (AiBT) in Toulouse, France, to deliver outsized

charter transport services to Airbus other divisions and external customers (civilian and military)

with 4 to 5 Beluga ST aircrafts, in view of generating new service revenues.

Airbus Beluga Transport is an Airbus subsidiary.

To support its ramp-up, Airbus Beluga Transport is opening a HSE specialist position, within the Human Resources team.

The mission

Advise function and plant managers on health, safety and working conditions of the company&39;s employees as well as on cross-functional and regulatory subjects linked to the company&39;s activities ;

Implement the HSE Management system ;

Aider les responsables de fonction à implémenter le plan d’actions issu du DUERP sur le terrain ;

Support the Head Of Function to implement the action plan and the mitigation action with the correct priority.

Your role

Support the company in change management ;

Evaluates professional risks and identifies means of prevention (reassessment of risks at least once/year) ;

Prepares prevention plans based on risk analyzes sent by external companies ;

Organizes and leads meetings to implement Prevention Plans (PDP) and ensures dissemination ;

Monitors and runs the Management System SSE (field visits, management of coactivity via the Prevention Plan, taking corrective measures, awareness raising, display, etc.) ;

Monitors the effectiveness of the Management System SSE ;

Conducts investigations following accidents and incidents ;

Carry out HSE regulatory monitoring and technical monitoring to improve safety and working conditions.

Position Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies.

Formal Education & Certification :

You have an HSE qualification/certification.

Knowledge & Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in an  HSE management role,

Demonstrated project management skills,

Negotiation level of English and French.

Mindset

Internal customer oriented,

Solution oriented,

Safety oriented.

Personal skills

Ability to motivate transversal teams, and foster teamwork,

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management,

Ability to analyze and to make synthesis of situations & constraints.

Traveling worldwide can be requested several times a year. 

Grading: 420 (in Air Transport CBA).

Type of contract : Temporary or Permanent
