Aircraft Documentation & Compliance Specialist (NJUS)

Job Description:

Purpose of Position

Responsible for executing departmental standard operating processes to achieve regulatory and operational compliance.Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, aircraft registrations change process management; aircraft operational documentation and any associated configuration and distribution (including aircraft configuration tracking); data system management (e.g., IJET, Comply365, JIRA), subscriptions invoicing, auditing, cross-departmental initiative support; and maintaining the associated tracking and record systems.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Support departmental processes to ensure regulatory and operational compliance as assigned.
Process improvement and strategy.
After hours / weekend on call duties
Other duties as assigned.
