As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple processes and projects. Duties include creating and maintaining dashboards used to report to sector level leadershp, reviewing business processes to find inefficiencies, and working cross-functionally to complete deliverables to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will possess a high degree of commercial and financial acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, a collaborative working style, a strong bias for action and a solid background with demonstrated results in operational excellence. 

What you’ll do:

• Work cross-functionally across enterprise to complete insourcing tasks.
• Maintain RFQ process and reports.
• Review processes for inefficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work with IT and Data Analysis Manager to create and maintain PowerBI Dashboards
• Participate in cross-functional team to address profitability evaluations of capabilities.
• Interact with and advise various functional groups and remote locations.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.

What skills you will use:     

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, economics, business, mathematics, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Finance, or Business Development roles.
• Strong attention to detail with interest in process improvement.
• Ability to work independently - multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in order to meet deadlines.
• Data driven.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a strong understanding of Excel.

Preferred Characteristics:

• Internship Experience a plus.
• Experience in Power BI or SQL a plus.
