Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Transformation Program Analyst to join our team. 

This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects that align with our airline’s vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic planning, business case analysis and change management within the aviation or travel industry. 

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive organizational transformation and achieve business objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Develop business case valuations and evaluate opportunities related to the transformation goals of the business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and impact of transformation projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (indicate specific field, if required) 
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives. 
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel Modeling capabilities 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Domestic & International travel under 10 of time
