Job Description:

This position is HYBRID 2x/week (Tues & Wed) in our Orlando, Florida Headquarters.

The Treasury Analyst will oversee the companys treasury process and controls. The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to, management of the daily banking transactions and corporate disbursements, supporting banking needs, preparing daily cash, preparing cash forecasts, and performing other treasury responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze daily cash position and manage daily corporate cash and banking activities (balance reporting, electronic receipts and payments, maintenance of accounts and other treasury services, etc.). Recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare, analyze, and consolidate monthly rolling cash flow forecasts, identifying historical and future variances from prior submitted reports. Recommend appropriate funding, discuss regression analysis results, and model potential scenarios based on FP&A, Accounting, and M&A input.
  • Serve as backup for Group Treasurer, including cash positioning, reconciliation, monitoring of cash pool activity and balances, and payment execution. Lead discussion on cash pooling changes, make recommendations to minimize forex exposure
  • Support local and global Corporate Finance & Treasury projects, such as system implementations and process transformation. Lead the implementation(s), including new bank accounts and entities into the Global Cash Balance Reporting (Treasury Management System).
  • Support the development of Treasury Initiatives and implementation plans for the achievement of Treasury Strategy. Perform competitive analysis on key treasury initiatives and best practices.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and offer recommendations for potential solutions, e.g., using new banking products, services, and technologies. Cost-saving actions should be recommended, such as eliminating unnecessary bank services.
  • Manage the vendor/consultant/banks during the implementation of projects and new capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions (Finance, Tax, Accounting, IT, Risk, Operations, Legal, etc.) to support projects and transformation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized files and supporting documentation for areas of responsibility.
  • Process documentation ownership, create treasury/cash management documentation, and periodically update; ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Responsible for all bank account management, including opening, closing, maintenance, and recording of bank accounts.
  • Handling a variety of sensitive and confidential information needed for the treasury process.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and organization of the Policies and Procedures and related documents.
  • Responsible for bank account administration; manage bank users access globally and recommended improvements, including for audit purposes and SOX compliance

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Accounting, Finance or Fintech)
  • Must be knowledgeable in accounting, financial systems, and financial analysis.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of cash management and bank account administration, as well as an understanding of domestic and international banking products and services
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury is preferred.
  • Experience with liquidity management, cash forecasting, forex derivatives, intercompany loans
  • Experience in Project Management, preferably in Corporate Treasury
  • Experience with treasury management systems, banking portals and related technologies.
