Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en communication marketing (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS sur son site de Blagnac à proximité de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département

Customer Services Supplier management   en charge des activités transverses et de la stratégie.

Cet apprentissage consistera à définir le plan de communication interne et externe de créer les supports de communication et l’identité visuelle.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Analyse des communications internes et externes existantes ainsi que des nouveaux besoins

• Proposition d’un plan de communication en s’appuyant sur des bases contractuelles et les règles d’éthique 

• Digitalisation des supports de communication

• Production du plan de communication détaillée et des guides pour les collaborateurs

Compétences et Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;2 dans le domaine de la communication ou marketing digital pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s). 

• Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Curiosité et esprit de synthèse 

• Communication et différentiation des audiences   

• Facilité d’utiliser les outils digitaux de communication et programmation google suite,  Qlik Sense   

• Facilité à communiquer avec les utilisateurs pour collecter les besoins et proposer des solutions 

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais : négociation

• Français : négociation

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Communication and Marketing (F/H)&34; has just opened within AIRBUS on Blagnac site near to Toulouse. You will join the Supplier management Customer services department in charge of transversal activities and strategy. 

This apprenticeship will consist in defining the internal and external communication governance with the supports and visual identity.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Existing internal and external communication analysis and additional new needs - contractual bases and ethic and compliance rules  

• Digitalisation of the communication 

• Communication governance definition with appropriate user guide for the team

• Maintenance and improvement of the internal GSite

Skills and Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 2 level training in the field of Communication and Digital Marketing or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 year(s). 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Curiosity, analytical mind

• Communication with different stakeholders

• Ability to handle IT communication tool and programming with google suite, Qlik Sense  

• Ability to communicate with end user for collecting requirements and proposing solution

Language skills: 

• English:negotiation 

• French: negotiation

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
