Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aviation Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with a focus on aviation industry experience. The Aviation Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the aviation office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties within the aviation office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for aviation staff and executives.
  • Maintain and update aviation department records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of work orders and invoices.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events and projects within the aviation department.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or aviation management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of aviation terminology and industry regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
