What does the Aviation Store Specialist (Analyst level) role look like?:
- Process storage and pulling of said material
- Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
- Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues, including shop and purchasing staff
- Physical handling of material
- Operate equipment as directed
- Input data in EDP system in keeping with procedures
- Coordinate with delivery service providers as required
- Work with and support customer requirements
- Perform record keeping and filing as needed
- Work according to, and support the Quality Management System Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
- Recognize significance of required airworthiness certificates for aircraft material and properly applying associated regulatory requirements
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
If youre ready to excel in the role of Aviation Store Specialist, here are the essential checkpoints to soar ahead:
- Bachelor desirable in Customs and Foreign Trade, International Relationships, International Trade or related to Logistics
- 3 years of experience desirable
- English language proficency (read, written & spoken)
- Aviation logistics industry knowledge
- IT Knowledge as user MS Office, especially MS Excel for reporting purposes
- Willing to work under high stress levels
- Must be willing to work outdoor weather conditions
- Must be willing to work with noise pollution
- Be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Willing to work under constant time pressure
- Must be able to pass training Courses relevant to your job description
- Willing to travel when required for training requirements
- Willing to work shifts/overtime
- Must possess work permit in Mexico
