Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Business Analyst for Material Master data h/f for processes &34;To Supply Spares Support and Logistics Services Worldwide&34;, to join our Material Support & Logistics directorate based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing Support & Services component part activities in contact with worldwide customers and suppliers. Indeed New and repaired spares are essential for our customers, and AH Material Support is dealing with the end to end process: customers’ front
office, warehousing, forecast and supply chain management, logistic/deliveries and transport.
As part of Methods and Tools, in charge of performance management, improvement projects and digitalization for new & used spares part flow, you will be involved in the improvement and the support of our material master data to answer business objectives and issues, on quick win and mid-term roadmap with all stakeholders.
Our ambition is to make robust and efficient solutions to better support all New & repaired spares activities to answer Airbus Helicopters customers’ expectations.
Our objective is to develop a close relation with the operational people in order to improve operational performance and users experience better support all Airbus Helicopters New & repaired spares activities.
The Business analyst for material Master Data is responsible for managing the lifecycle, quality and process update of the organization&39;s master data assets. This role ensures that master data across all business units and systems for materials logistics (ie Customer, Logistics, part data ) are consistent, accurate, and readily accessible for decision-making. The business analyst for Master Data will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data management.

Your challenges:
Data Quality
Monitor the quality of material master data across systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes to maintain the accuracy and completeness of master data.
Collaborate with business units to resolve data discrepancies and develop clear data definitions.
Identify priorities, improvement levers
Create ready User Stories
Define Acceptance Criteria for User stories in collaboration with Dev team
Communicate with the stakeholders of the Product to understand their needs and requirements
Communicate with the Development team on a constant basis
Contribute to projects: analyze, specify, test and train
Contribute to change management and coaching during deployment phase
Support & Training
Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure that data management practices meet business needs.
Provide training and support to data managers and business users
Act as a subject matter expert in master data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes.
