The Business Office Executive works closely with local senior management and customers, offering administrative support and engagement as needed. ST Engineering Aerospace is located at Brookley Aeroplex in Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, FL, at the Pensacola International Airport. We are a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. We meet our customers requirements by providing a full spectrum of high-quality, reliable, and timely AMM and engineering solutions. We have the know-how and experience to comprehensively manage complex projects, ensuring our customers aircraft operate safely and efficiently.
What YOU will do:
- Perform the administrative duties associated with assigned projects and tasks
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns coordination
- Assist with arrangements for travel, conferences, and meetings
- Assist with collecting financial information for expense reports, analysis, tracking and trending purposes.
- Assist with internal and external Company and Customer events in which you may May attend, record, and report on the proceedings.
- Assist Marketing with Customer Representatives and Facility Accesses
- Must maintain confidentiality of the operational and financial data and provide such information to personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Complete tasks as needed to meet the Company’s business requirements, as assigned by his/her supervisor
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS:
- A strong level interpersonal skill is required to maintain an effective relationship between various departments, management and customer representatives.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Essential responsibilities are performed in a climate-controlled office but not limited to the office.
What YOU need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 yrs experience as Office Assistant and/or within an office environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility in work schedule if the business need is outside of normal working hours
- Ability to work in Mobile or Pensacola based on the business need.

- The Business Office Executive interacts at the local organizational level, acting as a Company advocate
