Job Description:

The CAM System Administrator is responsible for the overall update of the continuous airworthiness management system at AZA. Overseeing and maintaining of supporting continuous airworthiness management systems. Ensuring comprehensive and accurate aircraft data on tracking systems, resulting in filter work packs IAW with latest published OEM, STC and related authority data. Communicating timeously to affected persons any issues arising that may affect airworthiness of aircraft or airworthiness tracking systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Airworthiness Directives/Service Bulletins.

  • Responsible for loading of newly published AD/SB on daily bases.
  • Management of AD/SB Technical Publication records system.
  • Upload of aircraft applicable AD/SB to electronic tracking system and filter per aircraft configuration.
  • Removal/Cancellation or MSM/ALS integrated AD/SB on Envision System.

Approved maintenance programs.

  • Responsible for the upkeep of AMP’s. (Renewals)
  • Responsible for submission of AMP for new aircraft to the CAA and related communication.

Supporting system

  • Responsible for the upkeep of the electronic support system.
  • Support CAMO with the load of new aircraft to the tracking system.
  • AMM update of Offline manuals.

Quality

  • Responsible for quality control within the CAMO department.
    • DATA load of aircraft to tracking system. (Quality gates)
    • Envision system updates. (MSM/ALS/SB/AD/Regulators)
    • CAA submission (Quality gate)
    • Aircraft vs AD/ASB filtering and applicability. 

Role Requirement

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a supervision role
  • Experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CAM Organization & main process standards
  • Advance knowledge on MIS airworthiness management
  • Knowledge of part M regulations
  • Technical experience analysing aircraft documentation and filtering
  • Advanced computer skills
