Role Overview: As a CPM, youll be the maestro of monitoring schedules, budgets, personnel, and quality. Youll be the go-to person for business support before aircraft arrival, ensuring every customer requirement is met with precision. Your role as the single point of contact will keep communication flowing and customer issues resolved, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply contract requirements and special programs, ensuring cost and selling prices are fair and profitable.
  • Drive activities to meet commitments, monitoring hours to align with proposals and keeping the work scope on track.
  • Develop recovery plans when needed, ensuring smooth execution of the work scope.
  • Collaborate with interfacing departments and manage the Crew Chief to maintain efficiency.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, innovating on procedures and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor pricing policies, provide program pricing recommendations, and support warranty claim administration.
  • Participate in pre-arrival, customer arrival briefing, and departure debrief meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing through meticulous work order processing.
  • Greet aircraft upon arrival, maintain constant communication, and oversee work progress.
  • Assist departments in delivering aircraft on time, on budget, and in pristine condition.
  • Utilize Siebel to document and manage customer information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate aircraft environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct projects, organize complex tasks, and follow through.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers.
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent; A & P license preferred.
