About the role

In this role, you will play a leading part in maintaining and enhancing the visibility of the QR ULD fleet across the QR Network. This will be done by managing QR ULDs industry benchspan messaging performance compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with our GHA, QR network, and head office to ensure the required support is given to project the messaging compliance. The selected candidate will also participate in multiple projects within the ULD department related to the enhancement of the operation, improving efficiencies and reducing costs.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Manage GHA and commercial agent messaging and operational performance via established dashboards and scorecards
• Analyze station performance against set KPI targets, and develop solutions to support the stations to meet the KPI targets
• Review message submissions from stations to identify and correct any inaccuracies in the messaging, and work with the stations to prevent the mistakes from reoccurring
• Participate/lead ULD related projects that directly or indirectly improve the department/organizational objectives.
• Conduct station audits and provide targeted training and guidance to address station-specific needs
• Design and maintain dashboards for ULD KPI monitoring and reporting station performance.

About you

• Highschool, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in similar job profile in airline cargo industry.
• Conversant with cargo operations, policies and procedures.
• Preferably data driven with strong analytical skills with proficiency in using Tableau, Power BI and Excel
• Strong negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in BI tools, including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Ability to work with cross- functional teams, in a faced- paced working environment
• Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong persuasion and influencing capabilities
• Experience in stakeholder management with ability to promote change management.
