Role Introduction
Reports to: Business Project Manager
The Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) works round the clock to support our flight crew and ground employees in unexpected situations. We are the first point of contact in an emergency, and we help Flight Operations exercise operational control. The mission of IOC is to balance priorities of all the frontline operational sections, maintain schedule regularity and act in a safe, legal and cost-effective manner to recover the schedule after disruption.
As the Change Analyst, you will work closely with the Business Readiness Manager and Project team to identify the type of each change being implemented e.g. process-related, technical, behavioral, organizational etc. The Change Analyst will maintain a Change Impact Assessment (CIA) document based on the content above. You will work closely with other members of the Change Management team to explain the changes documented in the CIA and to help develop solutions to meet both Communications and Training requirements. Updates to the CIA may also be presented to the relevant managers within Flight Operations (FOP) and Inflight Services
Delivery (ISD) prior to the development of more widespread communications or training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with BPR to understand and analyse each change that impacts IOC/FOP/ISD or other departments
- Create and maintain a Change Impact Assessment
- Create summary decks as required to present to various audiences (team and management)
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to the CCS Programme team to facilitate effective and timely Communications and Training deliverables
- Review communications and training content for accuracy
- Present CIA content to management within FOP/ISD
- Present changes internally to other members of the Change Management team
- Support Training Workshops
- Support training workshops across departments
Requirements
- Change Analysis experience gained through working as part of a Change Team
- Airline knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior managers/staff
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
