Job Description:

As a Trading Analyst at easyJet sitting in our Trading and Revenue Management Team, your role focuses on the development and optimisation of revenue management and pricing initiatives to maximise overall revenue.

Working closely with Trading Managers and reporting to the Lead Trading Manager, this role sees you analysing sales trends and implementing revenue-enhancing strategies.

Collaboration with cross-functional Commercial teams is key to support general process improvements and projects. We will see your analysis influence key performance indicators for future flights and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of trading initiatives, subsequently measuring their impact.

The goal is to contribute to easyJets ambition of establishing a world-class Commercial function that excels in revenue performance and profit maximisation across its network.

What you need to do the role

Success in this role requires someone who is commercially savvy, with analytical rigour, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
You should be well-versed in forecasting and budgeting principles, diligently tracking performance against KPIs. Your passion for driving impact should drive you to be accountable for your deliverables.

Proficiency in Excel, and ideally SQL, is crucial, as youll need to translate your analyses into actionable insights.
Interpersonal and communication skills are essential to allow you to build productive relationships and influence effectively.

Lastly, youll thrive in an environment characterised by ambiguity, as the European landscape is ever-changing.
