Description:This Enterprise Business Services On-Site Support Team at MCAS Beaufort requires a desktop/laptop/ network administrator for the support of the facility’s computing environment. This position will perform network switch
/router/appliance configuration and installation,
some server support and will also provide hardware/software break-fix support for laptop/desktop PC’s. This position provides end user support with troubleshooting capability to the site LAN & WAN, resolve and/or escalation of all hardware, software, or network related problems. The role will also be responsible for performing system builds/imaging and deployments as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a Security + Certification (or
another DoD 8570 level II or higher certification) within 90 days of hire
• Desktop, printer, and peripheral support
experience
• Network troubleshooting experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and WAN technologies including configuring and maintaining routers and switches
• Windows OS Troubleshooting Experience
• Familiarity with desktop imaging and automated software deployment tools (SCCM/DMT)
• Experience with installation, configuration, and support for Microsoft Office 365
Desired Skills:
Working experience as a Network

• ServiceNow Support experience
• Familiarity with endpoint security software (i.e., McAfee, ePO)
• Professional Technical Certifications (i.e.,
CCNA, MCP, Net +, MCSA)
• Collaboration Tools experience (Confluence, Box, SharePoint)

investigation/resolution
• Information Assurance vulnerability

• Backup and recovery skills
• Host security, file permissions, system integrity skills
• Knowledge of or ability to learn scripting or

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
