**Employment for this position is contingent upon contract award with a target plan for October/November 2023. Contract award is now anticipated sometime during Q1 2024**

This position will work at the customer site, Systems Engineering and Integration Office.

The selected candidate will perform all facets of configuration management. Primary responsibilities include product deliveries, status accounting, and baseline management of various configuration items. The candidate will be required to support the SE&I program and work closely with program leaders and engineering teams in the best, unified solution that meets overall system performance requirements, cost, and schedule needs.

As a Configuration Management Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for:
• Provide general instruction, direction, coordination, and implementation of configuration management requirements, policies, and practices pertaining to configuration identification (i.e. baseline documentation, hardware, and software) in accordance with program requirements
• Release process of documentation, processing in accordance with the program and customers requirement and data repository configuration control.
• Establish processes, prepare and conduct of Change Review Board and Engineering Review Board for customer
• Support the team members with Request for Change (RFC), formatting, and handling of any CM documentation as necessary.
• Participate in Configuration Change Board meetings and will help review and analyze engineering change data.
• Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
• Support the SE&I Team with writing and maintaining program and/or customer CM processes.
• Candidate will receive tasking from various levels of management, and the candidate must be receptive to assisting in all possible areas..

Basic Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with CI poly; US Citizenship required
• Configuration/Change Management and Data Management experience
• Familiarity with Configuration and Data Management Software Tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, and Confluence management and control.
Desired Skills:
• Previous or current experience with customer sites, familiarity with national systems missions and concepts.
• Familiarity with formatting and handling of documentation is desired.
• Applicant must be a proficient communicator to all skill levels, be able to respond effectively to changing situations and be able to properly prioritize, status, and work multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision with the ability to function effectively in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision is necessary, adaptable to a wide variety of tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of creating status and tracking reports for management and customers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
