We are seeking a configuration management analyst for the THAAD Program in Sunnyvale, California. Are you a strategic thinker who thrives in an integrated customer/contractor team? Do possess the experience and/or aptitude to conceptualize and develop innovative technical solutions for the Warfighter?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. You will also coordinate modification records for management control. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
• Establishing change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
• Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
• Ensuring that customer requirements are implemented and reviewing change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
• Handling program data work.
• Maintaining data submittal schedule and look-ahead.
• Ensuring that data has all appropriate spanings.
• Disseminating data to the government customer.
• Assigning document identifiers.
• Ensuring that deliverable content meets program requirements.

We are looking for a detailed person with strong organizational skills to manage priorities for multiple tasks. You are a good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills.

You would typically have a Bachelors degree and 0 - 3 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Data Management: managing CDRL schedules, submittal, Contracts knowledge, data architecture.
• PTC Windchill or other Product Data Management (PDM) system
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Ability to intermittently flex work hours to support Program schedules
• Active clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
